The Coaching Program Structure and Objectives
- The Coaching program lasts 1 year
- There are twenty-five 30-minute phone calls throughout the year (set up to be every other week)
- The coaching program will focus on buying single family homes or small multifamily homes in investor friendly states or areas
- Coaching students can get additional coaching at the monthly meeting and weekly group coaching calls that are held on Friday or Saturdays
- The program will focus on the following 6 areas
- How to find and buy undervalued properties
- How to get initial funding to purchase the properties
- How to fix up the property and get it ready for the market
- How to find a good tenant for the property
- How to get long term financing for the property
- How to manage the property
The Cost of the Coaching Program
The cost of the program is $12,000 with the ability to earn back $5000. The cost includes twenty-five 30-minute phone calls throughout the coaching year and an investor retreat in Costa Rica (there is an additional cost of $1000 to have your own private room and an additional $1000 to bring a second person with you).
If you complete your homework in-between each coaching session, you will earn back $200 each coaching session. In order to receive the refund, you must complete the coaching program.
The investor retreat in Costa Rica is a 4-day event where you will be able to get more deep on each of the investing concepts taught and you will be able to network with other real estate investors. These retreats are live changing and they help create momentum for real estate investors.
What are the qualifications for the program?
- This program is for newer investors with fewer than 10 properties
- You must have at least $40,000 over and above the coaching fee
- You must have an income to be able to support your monthly expenses outside of real estate investing
- You must have at lease 4 hours a week to dedicated to the program
