These MASTERMIND RETREATS in Costa Rica are for experienced real estate investors to be around other experienced real estate investors in order to support each other in developing systems and scaling their businesses. What to expect at the retreat?
At these retreats, experienced investors will network with other high-level investors that would like to level up their real estate businesses in an awesome atmosphere and share ideas and golden nuggets of information that can have huge, positive effects on your business.
Each investor or partnership is able to breakdown their business to the group and get constructive feedback from people who have probably experienced the same challenges that you are experiencing in business. This has proved to be some of the most valuable time that is spent at the mastermind retreat.
Retreat Format
The mastermind retreat lasts for 4 days from Monday evening until Thursday morning. However, you can elect to stay for the 2 beach bonus days at no extra cost where we will continue to network and implement new ideas in our business and enjoy the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
Locations
The real estate mastermind retreats are held at our beautiful luxury properties in Costa Rica.
Bella Vista – Costa Rican Mountaintop Estate has 10 bedrooms, a gym, 2 pools, and 4 pickleball courts.
Majestic Lodge – Rainforest Mansion has 10 bedroom, each with its own bathroom, a gym, a jacuzzi, pool, and views of the lake and volcano.
Johnny’s Beach Bungalow – Costa Rican Beach House that’s minutes from the beach with 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a gym, and a pool.
Retreat Activities
Too much work and no play is not good. So we mix work with some of the best play activities in Costa Rica. Whether its hiking the waterfalls and volcanos, or zip lining, or swimming in the hot springs, or playing with the monkeys, or relaxing at the beach, or getting massages, Costa Rica has some of the most adventurous and relaxing things to do.
Dates for the Next Mastermind Retreat
The next Mastermind Retreat will be April 20 – April 24 with the 2 bonus beach days. You will want to arrive at the San Jose airport and leave out of the Liberia airport. Here is the schedule.

Cost
The vision of this mastermind retreat is to bring together high level investors to network with each other and learn from one another and to improve their businesses. Therefore the cost of the Mastermind Retreat is purposely kept low. The price covers the costs of the food, lodging, transportation, the staff, and all of the excursions. We also keep the number of participates to between 15 and 18 people. This is the cost for the retreat and there is no additional cost if you would like to stay the 2 extra days at the beach house.

Individual in a private room is $3900
A couple in a private room is $4900
